Objective: Create a cohesive online experience and brand identity for LALDSource.com using the disparate, unwieldy print materials as a foundation.
Goals: • Become the premiere and most trusted destination for LAL-D diagnosis • Help create the right connection between people, Health Care Professionals (HCPs), specialists and information. • Increase the identification of LAL-D patients • Provide an optimal experience across all devices
Approach: Create a visual identity that is polished yet conveys the seriousness of the disease while providing relevant information. Both demographics (Patients and Health Care Professionals) has a tailored yet unified experience with the correct tone, messaging, and personality for specific audience needs. The Patient site is serious yet approachable in communicating complex medical terminology in simple terms. Headlines are direct yet feel relevant to a wide audience of potential patients, caregivers, or family members. Relatable lifestyle images are used in contrast to the HCP site, which uses medical illustrations, graphs, and charts more suited towards physician interests. The HCP site is more data rich with information communicated in professional medical language.
